The End in Mind
Death Will Die
1 Corinthians 15:31-57
What do you call it when we plan for every contingency in life, but completely ignore the one certainty? Foolishness. What is the one absolute certainty that is true for every man, woman, and child? It is the certainty of death.
Now in a way, we don't want to talk about death. We would like to think that we will be the one exception to the overwhelming statistic that has held true from the beginning: for every one that has lived, so far - one of of every one - also dies. Death is the great equalizer.
How do I live THIS day in light of THAT day?
