What do I need to know as a first-time guest?
You should know from the start, New Work Fellowship is the place for you. We love when people visit and encourage everyone to come as they are and get involved at their own pace! There's no dress code... Our coffee is always fresh and hot... and we won't single you out at any point during our services. Though, you can expect to be greeted with a warm smile. If you're interested in joining us, plan a visit with us below and one of our Host Team members will connect with you and make your visit amazing.
What's here for my kids?
We offer excellent, age-appropriate programming for kids during all our services each Sunday morning. We also have a Wednesday night program that encourages and challenges kids to learn and experience the Bible in a whole new way. Your kids are a priority to us, as they are to you, so safety is number one. You can find out more by visiting our NWFkids page.
What's here for my teen?
Our NWFstudents ministry is focused on helping students find and follow Jesus Christ. We have Sunday morning small groups for middle and high school students and an awesome Wednesday Night Worship in the Worship Center lead by students and totally geared towards meeting them where they are in their lives. While our culture and society change, it's important that the truths of scripture and God's love remain evident and relevant in what they are taught at home and at church.
What's here for adults?
We believe that life is experienced best in groups, so we have a large number of small groups for you to choose from. While most of our small groups meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, we have groups that occasionally meet during the weekdays as well. There's groups that is sure to fit you.
What denomination is New Work Fellowship?
We are a Southern Baptist church, but the people that make up New Work Fellowship come from many different religious backgrounds and life experiences. Though, the common thread that weaves us together is our love for Jesus Christ. Find out more about our beliefs below.
How do I become a member?
At New Work Fellowship you don’t have to be a “member” to get a sense of belonging. Our whole church is designed to make it easy for people to belong in meaningful ways. You may join a small group or get involved with various missions of our church.
When you're ready to jump in, sign up for our New Members Class. In a laid back atmosphere, you'll learn about New Work, our past and future, our beliefs, and our missions. We usually have 2 or 3 classes per month. Contact us if you are interested in signing up for the next New Members Class.
How do you observe baptism and Communion?
We observe baptism and Communion in our services on an as needed basis. We baptize by immersion, following the example of Jesus and the early church. We welcome all who are believers to participate in Communion. We consider it an act of worship and creatively incorporate them into our services.
