David was probably the best king Israel ever had, but he wasn't perfect. He was God's choice; he was a man after God's own heart, and he still leaves us feeling disappointed. All human leadership leaves us wanting and longing for more because our true King is Jesus Christ!

Look through biblical convictions (Psalm 25:4)
