Gratitude Gardens: Gardens for Worship

1 Kings 6:14-38

Gratitude Gardens

Gardens for Worship

1 Kings 6:14-38 & Exodus 37:17-24

1.  God gave you the capacity for gratitude for the purpose of drawing you to Him. (1 Kings 6:14-38)

THE question: “Have I come to God through Christ?”

2.  Gratitude multiplies your worship in times of struggle. (Exodus 37:17-24)

Be thankful for the process God is walking with you through to make you a person who will experience a place of promise.

3.  You should worship God with a grateful heart.

  • It blesses God. (Psalm 103:1-2)
  • It benefits you. (Psalm 9:1-2)
  • It strengthens others. (Psalm 89:15-18)

Final thought: A grateful heart overflows in praise.

Series Information

The Scriptures begin and end in a Garden. Gardens are metaphors for blessings and goodness.  From Eden to Revelation, God has carefully woven blessing into our lives.  We simply need to stroll through the gardens to see the blessings and to express our thanksgiving.
