When I am like Christ

1 John 2:28-3:19

How is Christ visible in my life?

1) When you practice habitual repentance. (1 John 3:2-6)
a. “Resist the Devil and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7-10)

2) When the internal influence of God’s Word is externalized in your life. (1 John 3:11-17)
a. “But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says.” (James 1:19-26)

3) When all the relationships in your life don’t make sense. (1 John 3:18-19)
a. “Love your neighbor as yourself.” (James 2:1-8)

Final thought: Christ is visible in your life when you live out the Gospel.
